The official programmes are available from 10,00 a.m. to 2.45 p.m.
Without the receipt you can not pick up your programmes. If you do not pick them up until 2,45 p.m. you may demand them to abbonamenti@esternal.com. Shipping expenses will charged to you.
NB. If you do not collect/ request your programmes, you lose the purchase.
